The Future of Work: 4 Day Weeks and Hybrid Schedules

The Case for Hybrid Schedules
If you're not quite ready to commit to a 4 day work week, consider a hybrid schedule instead. With a hybrid schedule, you'd split your time between working from home and working in the office. For example, you might come into the office 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week. Or you might come in 4 days one week and 3 days the next. The key is that you have flexibility and can tailor your schedule to meet your needs.

There are plenty of benefits to hybrid schedules as well. First, it can help you save money on things like child care and transportation costs. Second, it can give you more time to focus on your health and well-being outside of work hours. And last but not least, it can improve your work-life balance overall.
